Its very hard to hear people said "I love to do business" rather then "I want to be rich by doing business".When you study carefully this two scenario and experienced it, you will know which one to choose because both have indirect connection to be successful businessman.Let me explain to my lovely reader,when you love to do business, you will have passion to success in business and you will work hard to earn it.By that, you can be rich driven from your love to do business.Its same like you fall in love.When you fall in love with someone, you will do anything to get her..right?Its same in business.However if your do business because of money,you will be success maybe by luck and when you have problem ,mainly you will fail.If your fall in love because beauty of your partner,then sometime when he/she get injured at face or etc, mainly you will run away from her,this is because you love her beauty ,not her soul.I hope my reader can understand my explanation with this scenario.I also like to get any request from my reader to review any issue in this blog...

Pain of failure and happy of success

Normally when we encounter problem and failure and always regret why happen to us.Actually failure will give you experience to encounter the same problem with success if your able the take lesson from your failure.What happen normally is people not taking their failure as a one step to the success but they blame .To become success ,first we need to know the reason behind our failure and then try to analyze for solution.

Easy Way to earn money

Lot of people interest in money but they dont know how to get it.People normally eager looking for money but they dont plan how to get money.In bussiness ,planning play major role for successfull bussiness entity.

For my personal view, i really want to emphasize my reader that,there is no easy way to earn money.There is no person in millionaire list who earn money easily .In Malaysia,there is lot of people said they are rich example Irfan Khairi(i dont have other example), but what can i see is Irfan Khairi utilize this kind of marketing skill to market his book and in other way he making money by selling his book and this thing happen to lots of "instant millionaire book writer".

To be a successfull person you must work smart and act smart.You must think different, dont follow other people.When you think different angle for others, then you able to produce a different impact to you bussiness entity.This kind of impact can place you company remain competitive in saturated market and bring new customer because you bring new demension environment to your customer.

Interest,Love,Passion In Bussiness

i want to be an engineer..i want to be a doctor...i want to be..?still cant determine your path?dont follow others, you must follow according to your interest.Lots of successful business people come from the people who are passion in business and not the people who study business as education for future employment.

When you have interest,love or passion in any field that you like you might successful,this maybe because when you love to do that thing ,you will not turn back when problem come.Otherwise if you dont love the thing doing ,you may try to get away when problem come.

Want to be Millionaire / Bussiness Tycoon

If people wish to be millionaire or bussiness tycoon, first you must have goal.Goal is same like playing football, first your body must fit enough to play football (in bussiness view you should equip you self with knowledge on field you want success).

Then to play football you must have skill to play football, but the skill you can learn from you coach or some people talent in nature(its same go to in bussiness you must earn experience to run and manage bussiness and understand and able to handle the problem.In football you will not only depends on you skill only but depands on you team performance(in bussiness most of successfull bussiness are depends on their staff performance because employee represent what employer want bring to their customer,if employee do bad..company will going bad performance,that why employee is biggest asset to company.So we must remember to have skillfull employee).

In football although you have best team, it does meant you will win,this is because we need strategy to win eg defensive,attacking( In current bussiness trend, strategy playing very important part to make success bussiness.We can describe bussiness strategy as how we placing our selve to our customer.Strategy also depends on how aggresively our marketing plan go through to make sure our strategy implemented successfully.)

Just to share,I just remember one story about the creator of spider man ,he dies as begger although the producer-warner earn billion dollor, why this happen because he able create good story and sell to warner in very cheap price,but Warner know the potential of the story and they able to gain multi billion revenue.Moral of the story he is good creator but not a good bussiness.Bussiness man is who people who can sense potential of bussiness although have lot of risk.

Business at Dream power

Lots of people is failed in business because of stop dream to success.But some of person start dream to success also failed in business.This is because of people only dream,but not bring this dream to reality.Because when we dream,we start pushing our brain to think what will do.Since that we will have twenty percent for success.The balance of eighty percent will occupy for our effort to bring it to reality.I would like to give example for this scenario such as Air Asia.Air Asia is which started by Tony Fernandes, Tony dreams is to provide low cost air line services that everybody can travel usiang flight.But he does not stopped at his dream only,his effort to bring to reality from four aeroplane to lot airbus aeroplane currently and also manage to get as world best low cost operator.So we imagine how hard he bring to relity.So ,from now start to dream and bring it reality.

Perkara yang perlu ada pada usahawan

Perkara yang penting untuk usahawan adalah

1.Modal yang mencukupi
Modal memainkan peranan besar kerana jika mempunyai modal mencukupi kita melakukan konsep perniagaan kita kehendaki

2.Mempunyai Kepakaran Dalam bidang yang hendak diceburi
Jika kita ingin berjaya dalam peniagaan kita mesti memahami selok nelok bidang perniagaan kita ceburi

3.Mempunyai pekerja dedikasi
Pekerja merupakan aset yang paling bernilai.Ini kerana pekerja kita yang akan menhasilkan apa kita hendaki.Jika kita mempunyai pekerja yang bagus,ia akan memacu perniaagaan kita ke tahap lebih tinggi

4.Berani Mengambil risiko
Perniagaan adalah risiko.Tanpa keberanian mengambil risiko kita mungkin berjaya tetapi kita tidak mungkin mencapai tahap yang tinggi seperti yang dikecapi oleh jutawan.Mahupun begitu kita mesti mengkaji kesan risiko sebelum mengambil risiko

5.Semangat ingin berjaya
Selalunya semangat yang tinggi untuk berjaya amat perlu dalam perniagaan,lebih-lebih lagi jika perniagaan merosot.Kita memerlukan semangat yang kental agar menangani pelbagai masalah perniagaaan.

6.Jangan mengaku kalah
Jika anda mula mengaku kalah ,ada telah menhentikan proses pemikiran anda.Ini kerana apabila seseorang mula berfikir dia akan gagal,ia menyebabkan pintu kejayaan dia tertutup.Malah ia akan menpengaruhi pekerja kita juga.

Pemasaran Produk

Kali ini saya akan mengulas lebih lanjut mengenai pemasaran produk.Pemasaran produk adalah penting masa kini ,ini kerana walaupun produk berkualiti dihasilkan tetapi jika tidak mempunyai pemasaran produk yang sesuai dengan produk, ia boleh menyebabkan kegagalan.Ini kerana mungkin kita mengetahui produk yang kita hasilkan berkualiti tetapi pengguna atau pembeli tidak mengetahuinya.Perkara inilah menjadi keutamaan dan contoh seperti bungkusan roti.Biasanya pengguna lebih tertarik kepada bungkusan yang menarik semasa membeli walaupun mungkin kandungannya kurang berkualiti.Selain itu cara kita pamerkan harga contohnya kita meletak harga RM99.99 dari meletakkan harga rm100.Sebagai penjual kita mesti memikirkan bagaimana pembeli berfikir.Inilah perkara mesti diketahui usahawan masa kini.

Perniagaan

Perniagaan merupakan satu seni.Kita tidak boleh mempelajari perniagaan dengan hanya membaca buku atau dengan segulung ijazah.Perniagaan bukan sahaja memerlukan kemahiran teori tetapi juga kemahiran praktikal dan keinginan tinggi untuk berjaya dalam perniagaan.Kemahiran praktikal hanya dapat boleh diperolehi dengan pengalaman.Apabila seseorang itu telah mempunyai kemahiran teori dan praktikal dan ditambah dengan keinginan untuk berjaya yang tinggi mereka boleh jadi perniaga.Tetapi pada era globalisasi ini,kita mungkin menjadi peniaga tetapi kita besar kemungkinan gagal.Ini disebabkan kerana perniagaan masa kini lebih mementingkan marketing atau permasaran product.Walaupun kita mempunyai produk yang berkualiti tetapi tidak mempunyai skill permasaran produk yang baik kita mungkin gagal dan kerana itulah ramai kecundang diawal perniagaan.Saya akan mengupas isu ini lebih detail pada masa akan datang
